Yes, but not in the middle of a subscription plan. If you cancel your existing plan it will still run until your expiration date but you will not be billed anymore. So cancel your existing plan and then when it is near the expiration date sign up for the new plan with how many devices you want.

Your account will still work till the expiration date but you will not be billed anymore. 2) The 2nd way to cancel is to go into your Paypal account and delete the recurring payment for Genie S-TV.
